Inclusive Leadership of School Management from the View of Families: Construction and Validation of LEI-Q

The purpose of this study was to validate a questionnaire aimed at assessing, from the point view families, degree which school administrations foster inclusion in compulsory education. In order determine psychometric properties “Cuestionario liderando la educación inclusiva en centros de obligatoria-Familias” [Leading inclusive education compulsory-education schools Questionnaire] (LEI-Q-Families), we carried out descriptive, exploratory, and confirmatory factor analysis. For sample used study, 150 families participated. results confirmed that it is valid reliable scale with two-factor structure. One these factors included initiatives by management teams enhance openness each community surrounding area. second encompassed actions promoting participation turning into an space. LEI-Q-Families proved be instrument great theoretical practical worth has made possible expand our currently slender knowledge on perceptions have work done managers encourage their institutions. It facilitates family processes improvement provides useful self-assessment tool for wish improve turn them environments.
